Computers

Matriculated students can use the open-access computers across campus. Find the location and availability of open-access computers.

Wi-Fi Access

All University of Edinburgh campuses are covered by the Eduroam service. Set up your device and connect to Eduroam here.

Library

Matriculated students can access University of Edinburgh library resources. Find out more about the University of Edinburgh library facilities here.

Learn

Learn is the University’s online blackboard. Your tutors may use Learn to upload and share digital class materials, such as lecture slides and reading materials. You can access Learn through the MyEd portal – it will appear on your login page.

Please note: Your course may not appear until your first class has taken place.

Personalised Timetable

Access your personalised online timetable for your course/s via your MyEd portal by clicking on the ‘Studies' tab along the top of the page and selecting 'Timetables' from the list. Once on the timetables website click on 'My Timetable - Student' in the left hand column.

Please note: On occasion, changes sometimes need to be made to classroom locations, and these won’t always appear on the University’s online timetable systems. When we have to move a class due to unforeseen circumstances, the reception team at the Centre for Open Learning will contact you to let you know.
